Refund policy
You will have 15 days from the day you receive the LiftSeat to evaluate the functionality of the LiftSeat and the proper fit of the LiftSeat in your space to ensure the product meets your expectations. For hygienic reasons, the LiftSeat cannot be returned if the tamper-proof seal is broken or removed.
If you are satisfied with the LiftSeat, remove the tamper-proof seal and begin using our product for toileting. If you are not completely satisfied with the product and the product has not been used for toileting, call us within 15 days following receipt to arrange for a return.
To qualify for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges with no restocking fee, returns must meet all of the following conditions:
- Contact LiftSeat within 15 days of receipt of product.
- Tamper-proof seal on the LiftSeat top plate must be intact.
- LiftSeat must be in new condition, e.g., no scratches, no damaged/missing parts, no indication of usage.
- LiftSeat must be returned in its original packaging and per the packaging instructions provided by LiftSeat. New LiftSeat packaging can be purchased by calling customer service.
If condition 1 above is not met, you will be responsible for a $250 restocking fee plus any applicable return shipping charges. Used products cannot be returned to LiftSeat.
Please note that LiftSeat cannot reimburse for any custom orders or special shipping requirements (including shipping to Canada).
